Foreclosures Resumed in FL

     Just a quick update on my 10-11-10 post about the foreclosure halt in Florida. Unfortunately for sellers the foreclosure "freeze" was even quicker than I had expected. The banks have apparently had enough time to review tens of thousands of foreclosure documents in the past 2 weeks and issue a statement that they had found no issues that couldn't be corrected quickly. So expect the normal number of foreclosures to continue in the coming weeks.
